While the real estate market might seem complicated with new laws and requirements, transcational funding is a relatively simple process. All we need from you to fund your transaction is:

SameDay / Next Day:

Amount you need to borrow
A to B Purchase Contract and addendums (with your entity as Buyer)
B to C Sales Contract and addendums (with your entity as Seller)
Title Commitment for Both Transactions
Copy of Short Sale Approval Letter, if a short sale
HUD-1′s for both transactions, if available
End-Buyers Underwriting Approval or Proof of Funds

2-35 Day Funding:

All of the above documents plus additional requirements for Extended Transactional Funding.
